Deacon Board

The Deacons are appointed lay assistants to the Pastor. They are ordained by God and the Church. Their function is to assist the Pastor in the administering of ecclesiastical matters. They understand the assignment to assist Pastor O'Neal in the accomplishment and fulfillment of the vision that God has given him for Rosemary Baptist Church

Trustee Board

The responsibilities of the Trustee Board are to manage, maintain, pray for and support the financial and physical properties of Rosemary Baptist Church. This includes using sound financial management principles and practices in the administration of Church funds and being good stewards of the financial resources provided to the church so that we can effectively win souls and build up the body of Christ. With the commitment of our Trustees, Rosemary will incorporate the vision and foresight of our pastor to better serve the congregation, ministries and community.

Deaconess Ministry

The mission of the Deaconess Ministry is to be Godly women who seek God with their whole heart, being discreet, committed, caring, obedient fearing the Lord and following Pastor O'Neal as he follows Christ. The Deaconess Ministry supports the Pastor and Deacons in visiting sick and bereaved members as well as assists in the preparation of the Church ordinances.

Sunday School

Rosemary Baptist Church Sunday School meets for Bible teaching each and every Sunday morning at 9:45 am. It is the fundamental Bible study program for all ages in our Church. There are classes for all ages and comprehension levels. Our Sunday School staff is capable of sharing with you biblical information essential for your spiritual nourishment. We learn the relevancy of God's Word through studying the issues that affect us all.

Tribe of Judah Men's Ministry

The Tribe of Judah Men's Ministry is committed to teaching every male how to be all that God has created him to be; a spiritual leader in his family and community. The goal is to help every male develop a love for studying and applying God's Word in his life. The ministry's main endeavor is to reach out to our brethren of all backgrounds and cultures, in an effort to embrace, encourage, and uplift one another.

Women of Destiny Women's Ministry

The purpose of the Women of Destiny Women's Ministry is to allow women of all ages to grow in a church environment, holistically and to be lead by the Holy Spirit while becoming all God designed women to be. Like a diamond, we come in all different shapes and sizes; we are wonderfully and skillfully made for a purpose. Women of Destiny are women that love the Lord, and seek Him for guidance, and direction in obedience of His Word. Our purpose is to empower women to love, walk and talk as true Disciples of Christ and to encourage and support women of all walks to walk in their divine destiny.

Youth Ministry

Rosemary Baptist Church Youth Ministry puts focus in the needs of a young person's mind, body and spirit through appropriate are worship service, enhanced academic activities, leadership development, missionary work and creative arts. Our youth's spirit is developed by their Christian walk and character. RBC puts emphasis on teaching the unadulterated Word of God on a level where every young person can comprehend and understand the teachings of our Christian doctrines. They are challenged by our leaders and their peers to attain a level of excellence in all areas of their lives. "Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it." Proverbs 22:6

Usher Ministry

The Usher Ministry of Rosemary Baptist Church is the ministry of greeting, seating, and accommodating the overall comfort of worshippers in the house of the Lord with the purpose of minimizing distractions. As people walk into the church for the first time, our ushers extend a friendly greeting which serves as a representation of Christ and the church. Our ushers are servants of the Lord helping to create and maintain an atmosphere of reverence and order before, during, and after worship services. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, then to swell in tents of wickedness. Psalms 84:10

Assimilation Ministry

To "assimilate" implies the incorporation of a person into a community. That is precisely what this ministry's task is designed to do… help people become fully integrated in our church family. The goal of the assimilation ministry is to monitor church growth and support people in the process of connecting from the time they begin to visit until they are members.

Culinary Ministry

The purpose of the Culinary Ministry is to serve as hosts/hostesses and to prepare food for church related activities including dinners, banquets and designated repasts. Through prayer, pr and faith in Jesus Christ, the Culinary Ministry of Rosemary Baptist church strives to glorify God in providing excellence in food service and practicing the high quality standards required for health and safety, relative to the preparation and serving of foods and beverages.

Pastor Care Ministry

The purpose of the Pastor Care Ministry is to provide supplementary support and personal assistance to the Pastor, First Lady and their family. The goal is to show appreciation to the pastor for his leadership and spiritual guidance in the Church. Pastor Care Ministry members must be available to the Pastor and First Lady during pre-worship, post-worship and at fellowship meetings with other churches.

Audio Ministry

The purpose of the Audio Ministry is to enhance and extend the worship experience of the congregation by providing quality sound, video and audio during worship and in remote locations of the sanctuary. CDs of all sermons, present and past, are duplicated and are available for sale.

Each One, Reach One Visionary Ministry

The Each One Each One Community Development Corporation, the After-School Tutorial Program, The Summer Enrichment Program and the First Lady Run Walk to Better Health and Prevention are all under the umbrella of Rosemary Baptist Church Vision Ministry.

Our goal is to Educate, Empower and Equip citizens of Barnwell County and surrounding areas to help them become better in all areas of life and citizens of the kingdom of God. To provide academic excellence in a Christ centered environment and develop self help skills and other Community Development Outreach Programs.

Because We Care Ministry

Deaconess Carolyn Bradley
The purpose and responsibility of the Because We Care Ministry is to address the spiritual and material needs of the church and the community. Duties include home visitation to the sick members of the church, visitation to residents in the local nursing homes and oversee of the church's décor and floral arrangements.

Nurses/Healthcare Ministry

The purpose of the Nurses/Healthcare Ministry is to serve those in the body of Christ with love and compassion, be ready to respond to any medical emergency, and focus on the health needs of the Rosemary Baptist Church. The goals of the ministry include: Hosting seminars on topics that will help educate the body of Christ, attending health fairs and seminars to better serve in this Ministry and promoting Wellness and Holistic lifestyles.

Welcome/Hospitality Ministry

The purpose of the Welcome/Hospitality Ministry is to extend courtesies to our visiting worshipers, providing a welcoming greeting from the Rosemary Church Family. Welcome/Hospitality Ministry Members provide our guests with the highest level of respect and gratitude to show our appreciation for their visit as first-time worshipers at Rosemary Baptist Church.

New Member Orientation

Sis. WillieRuth Walker, Coordinator
The New Member Orientation Ministry extends a heartfelt welcome to those persons who have decided to become a part of Rosemary Baptist Church. This welcome includes an orientation sessions, information about each church organization and auxiliary, which the new members can choose to become a part and hosting Meet and Greet Fellowships to introduce new members to the entire Church Family.

Praise Dance Ministry

The Unique Praise Dancers/Praise Dance Ministry presents dance in various forms such as interpretation, choreography, and spontaneity. This ministry renders dance unto the Lord with a spirit of excellence. Dances are presented unto God to show love in his presence for his honor, glory, and majesty. Their dance expresses praise, adoration, and thanksgiving unto God. When they dance, God is glorified, His Son is magnified, and the Body of Christ is edified.

Gospel Choir

The Rosemary Gospel Choir is a dedicated group of members who are committed to the service of God through song. Members realize they are more than a choir and understand the purpose of what they sing about and most importantly, who they sing to. This choir is a ministry of fellowship and learning how to present ourselves faultless before Almighty God. ~RBC Gospel Choir rehearsals are held Wednesday Nights…….

Inspirational Choir

The Rosemary Inspirational Choir mission & purpose is to effectively and earnestly praise and worship God through song in spirit and in truth. RIC will testify through songs of God's grace and mercy and use the ministry to encourage and inspire the redeemed of the Lord and draw and reconcile those that do not know Jesus Christ in departing of their sins. ~RBC Inspirational Choir rehearsals are held Monday nights @ 7:00p.m.

Youthful Praise Children's Choir

Youthful Praise is the children's choir of Rosemary Baptist Church. The children sing songs that are fun and exciting but most importantly, the songs tell of Jesus and His love for us! It is the aim of Director & Advisor, Sis. Roneshia Badger for the choir to sing songs that they understand and are applicable to them even at their age. We welcome new members, ages 4-12, to become a part of Youthful Praise and we would love to have your child join us.

8am Services Praise Team Ministry

Minister Rachel Jones (Revelation Ministries), Praise Team Leader
This ministry is forerunner of worship. The Praise Team creates an inviting environment and constructs the proper atmosphere where the Holy Spirit is comfortable to move and manifest Himself. They help us to totally focus on Jesus and lead others into the presence of the Lord. Minister Rachel Jones is both talented and anointed to accomplish the ministry of the Praise Team.

Multi-Media Ministry

Sis. Alicia Davis, Bro. Ian Sanders, Sis. April Robinson, Bro. Tim Sims, Bro. Russell Perry
The goal of the Multimedia Ministry is support all church ministries in communicating the word of God through quality presentations, graphics, digital photography and videography. The ministry is continually growing in size and skills necessary to provide the best service possible to the glory of God.

Transportation Ministry

The Rosemary Baptist Church Transportation Ministry is an outreach ministry designed to provide shuttle service to members of the church and the broader community to and from worship services and other Christ-centered activities.
