Visionary Concept

EACH ONE REACH ONE – NO SOUL LEFT BEHIND

This concept is an evangelistic initiative that is designed to promote outreach to the members of our local assembly, the community, and beyond. This particular concept has been prompted by the last personal instructions given by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to His disciples. “Go ye therefore and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you,” (Matthew 28: 19-20). Jesus reveals the recipe for making disciples through the Great Commission. In order for us to become effective in the disciple-making process, we must first be disciples ourselves. The true attributes of a disciple is defined in the book of (Galatians 5: 22-23), “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.”

Through our tireless efforts of becoming a church without walls, we will be synchronizing the hearts and minds of our local assembly through the Each One Reach One Community Development Corporation. This corporation seeks to accomplish this mission through the means of the Triple E Method which is to Educate, Equip, and Empower through the word of God.

EDUCATE: Academic excellence must continuously be provided within a Christian atmosphere. Through this Visionary Concept, this will occur through biblical and academic enrichment programs such as workshops, conferences hands-on training, afterschool and summer programs.

EQUIP: Through the Each One Reach One visionary Concept, citizens of the local community will be better equipped to face the challenges that they will meet. This will occur through community outreach efforts, health awareness initiatives and much more.

EMPOWER: The Each One Reach One Community Development Corporation aims to empower the people of the local community. No man is an island; thus, it takes the efforts of everyone working together to positively impact our school systems, churches, local businesses, and other aspects of life. We are empowered through the linkage with Christ as well as others working toward a positive change.

Every member of the Rosemary Baptist church is encouraged to take part in the exciting and rewarding evangelistic experience. The means of conveying the Good News is through sermons, bible study, missionary meetings, workshops, instructional periods, church websites and communication bulletins. Romans 12:4 states, “For as we have many members in one body and all members have not the same office.” It is very important that we do not allow this evangelistic initiative to lie dormant in our minds and hearts. My prayer is that each and every member of the Rosemary Baptist Church family will digest (I John 4:7), “Beloved let us love on another.” For love is of God. “And everyone that loveth is born of God and knoweth God.” It is not so much about your loyalty to man, but unto God. When we truly love god, the means of loving each other becomes easy. “Each One Reach One, No Soul Left Behind” should not be just a phrase but a way of life!!! The Apostle Paul sums it up best, when He says we are more than conquerors through Him that love us,” (Romans 8:37).
